Recyclable steel pipe bundle foundation pit enclosing structure and constructing method thereof
The invention relates to a recyclable steel pipe bundle foundation pit enclosing structure. The recyclable steel pipe bundle foundation pit enclosing structure comprises steel pipe bundles, an inner circuit purlin, an outer circuit purlin, anchoring pieces and a pull rod. The steel pipe bundles are formed by connecting a plurality of steel pipes into a whole. The inner circuit purlin and the outer circuit purlin are I-shaped steel and are perpendicularly connected with the upper ends of the steel pipe bundles in the longitudinal direction. The pull rod is a steel channel. One end of the pull rod is horizontally and perpendicularly connected with the inner circuit purlin and the outer circuit purlin. The other end of the pull rod is perpendicularly connected with the anchoring pieces in the longitudinal direction. A method includes the steps that a construction site is smoothed; the inner row of steel pipe bundles and the outer row of steel pipe bundles are inserted into soil along the boundary of a foundation pit; the inner circuit purlin and the outer circuit purlin are welded to the inner sides of the two rows of steel pipe bundles at the same height; the anchoring pieces are inserted into soil; one end of the pull rod is welded to the anchoring pieces; the other end of the pull rod is welded to the inner circuit purlin and the outer circuit purlin; the foundation pit is excavated; a basement structure is constructed; backfilling is performed after structural construction ends; and the enclosing structure is sequentially pulled out. The recyclable steel pipe bundle foundation pit enclosing structure is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture and low in cost.
