Downcomer well temporary lengthening method
The invention relates to foundation pit construction, and especially relates to a downcomer well temporary lengthening method. The downcomer well temporary lengthening method comprises: step 1, manufacturing a cross hanging bracket according to dimensions of a downcomer well; step 2, performing pipeline sinking of a downcomer well, when a downcomer steel tube is lowered to proper height, uniformly welding four hanging bars extending on the downcomer steel tube on the downcomer steel tube; step 3, taking a UPVC double-well corrugated pipe whose pipe diameter is one size larger than that of the downcomer steel tube, sleeving the UPVC double-well corrugated pipe on the downcomer steel tube, sealing the downcomer steel tube and making the hanging bars distributed on the periphery of the UPVC double-well corrugated pipe; step 4, continuously performing pipeline sinking of the downcomer well until the downcomer is lowered to a preset position, welding the hanging bracket manufactured in the step 1 with the four hanging bars on the highest point of the tube well; step 5, operating sanding filling and well flushing; after dewatering is completed, excavating earth, and dismounting a hanging bar support and the hanging bars with the sequence and progress of earth excavation, when earth is excavated to a first bearing surface, using a hacksaw to cut and dismount the PVC double-well corrugated pipe which extends out of the surface of a foundation pit. The downcomer well is convenient to cut off, and simple in technology and cheap in price.
