The invention relates to a semi-reversible method construction process for enclosing wall under the winter construction condition. The process includes the specific steps that firstly, a concrete enclosing wall stand column is industrially machined; secondly, pouring is conducted on a concrete foundation platform on site; thirdly, a concrete column which has been machined is installed; fourthly, reinforcing steel bars are welded and fixed; fifthly, secondary pouring is conducted on a concrete ground beam; and sixthly, construction is completed. According to the construction process, partial reversible method construction for forming an enclosing wall column through bottom-to-top operation and top-to-bottom operation in sequence is adopted, and the semi-reversible method construction has the beneficial effects of saving lands and materials and being environment-friendly, high in construction efficiency and short in total construction period.
