Double-joint hinge supporting base for hydraulic arm
The invention discloses a double-joint hinge supporting base for a hydraulic arm. The double-joint hinge supporting base for the hydraulic arm comprises a bottom plate, a transition plate and two hinge assemblies of the same structure. The transition plate is perpendicularly welded to the side face of the bottom plate. The two hinge assemblies are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the transition plate. Each hinge assembly comprises a base and a side supporting beam. Each base is fixedly welded to the transition plate. Each side supporting beam is fixedly welded to the side wall of the corresponding base. A first axis hole is formed in the center of each base. Inclined planes are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of each side supporting beam. A round corner is chamfered in the joint of every two inclined planes. A second axis hole is formed in the portion, close to the corresponding round corner, of the top end of each side supporting beam. The center axis of each second axis hole is parallel to that of the corresponding first axis hole. The double-joint hinge supporting base for the hydraulic arm can guarantee the strength requirement under the condition of heavy loads and is low in overall machining cost and capable of being widely used; and meanwhile fixation is performed through the bottom plate, and disassembling and assembling are facilitated.
