The invention discloses a domestic sewage separation graded power generation system of a high-rise building and a control method of the domestic sewage separation graded power generation system. A rainwater storage tank is arranged at the top of the high-rise building; the rainwater storage tank is connected with the top of a main washing pipe, which is vertical from top to bottom, through a main washing hole formed in the bottom, and is connected with the top of a vertical first-grade sewage collection pipe through a water discharging hole formed in the bottom; each grade of sewage collection pipe, each grade of water tank and a water discharging pipe of each grade of water tank are sequentially arranged under the rainwater storage tank from top to bottom; the water discharging pipe of each grade of the water tank is connected between the front and back grades of water tanks in series; except the situation that the top of the first-grade sewage collection pipe at the top is connected with the rainwater storage tank, top openings of the other grades of sewage collection pipes are sealed and the bottoms of the other grades of sewage collection pipes are connected with the top of the water tanks on the same grade; and the bottom of each grade of water tank is connected with a main sewage discharging pipe through a sewage discharging hole and is connected with an inlet in the top of the water discharging pipe of the water tank on the same grade through the water discharging hole. With the adoption of the domestic sewage separation graded power generation system, domestic sewage of the high-rise building and rainwater collected at the top of the high-rise building are used for generating power, so that the energy complementation of two types of water is realized.
