An overhanging suspended building structure comprises a prestressed column portion, a suspended portion and a top beam portion. The prestressed column portion comprises first, second and third columns vertically arranged in a foundation. The first, second and third vertical columns are arranged at equal intervals. A first inclined beam is arranged between the first and third vertical columns. The suspended portion comprises first and second suspended columns and a suspended main inclined beam. The first and second suspended columns are vertically arranged in parallel. The suspended main inclined beam is acutely angled to the horizon. The top beam portion is connected to all topmost ends of the first vertical column, second vertical column, third vertical column, first suspended column and second suspended column. The invention further provides an overhanging suspended building and a circular large building. The overhanging suspended building structure is simple and convenient to mount, high in bearing capacity, deformation resistant, high in construction speed and uniform in steel structural specification.
