Moisture-exhausting and gas-exhausting component
The invention discloses a moisture-exhausting and gas-exhausting component, and belongs to the technical field of buildings. The moisture-exhausting and gas-exhausting component is arranged on the outer side surface of an exterior wall body insulating layer, and comprises a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) lining and a rubber gas guide inner tube with a base, wherein the PVC lining is arranged on a position, close to the base end, at the outer side of the rubber gas guide inner tube in a sleeving mode; the top end of the rubber gas guide inner tube is provided with a valve structure which is bulged outsides; when inner and outer pressure in the wall body is balanced, the valve structure is in a closed state for blocking outside water and moisture from entering the wall body insulating layer; when pressure intensity of vapor in the insulating layer is increased, the valve structure is pushed to open by pressure inside the rubber gas guide inner tube to exhaust gas; and after the pressure is balanced, the valve structure, under self-elasticity, is restored to an initial state. According to the moisture-exhausting and gas-exhausting component, vapor between the exterior wall insulating layer and an outer surface layer is exhausted, so that the problem that an exterior wall surface layer is dropped in a cold region is solved. The moisture-exhausting and gas-exhausting component has the characteristics of being low in manufacturing cost, and convenient in construction and mounting.
