The invention discloses a keel and a curtain wall with the same. The keel comprises a keel body, a boss is arranged on the keel body, the keel body is provided with load bearing faces used for bearing curtain wall boards on two sides of the boss, and buckling grooves used for being in buckling connection with adhesive tapes are formed between the load bearing faces and the boss. The curtain wall comprises the curtain wall boards, the adhesive tapes, a pressing board, a bolt and the keel, the curtain wall boards are arranged on the load bearing faces in a pressed manner, the pressing board presses the curtain wall boards and is in fastening connection with the boss through the bolt, the adhesive tapes are filled between the pressing board and the curtain wall board as well as between the curtain wall boards and the keel body, and the adhesive tapes positioned between the curtain wall boards and the keel body are in buckling connection with the buckling grooves. The keel and the curtain wall have the advantages of stable and reliable structure and high safety.
