The invention relates to a fireproof and thermal-insulation decorative sheet with a giallo cecilia facing and a manufacturing method of the fireproof and thermal-insulation decorative sheet. Along with the quality enhancement of people's life, requirements on building materials are increased, particularly, quantity demands on fireproof and thermal-insulation integrated plates are increased, and building materials and house ornaments in markets are low in bearing resistance and low in pressure resistance, do not have grinding ductility, are poor in acid and alkali resistance and poor in weather fastness, and cannot meet demands of people on building materials. The fireproof and thermal-insulation decorative sheet with the giallo cecilia facing comprises a decorative sheet body (1), wherein the decorative sheet is rectangular and comprises a mortar box (7); the middle of the upper portion of the mortar box is fixed with two reinforcing vertical bars (4); mortar upright columns (8) are arranged on two sides of the mortar box; composite special-purpose mortar (6) is arranged at upper and lower positions of the inner side of each mortar upright column; and tops of the mortar upright columns and the composite special-purpose mortar are adhered to the giallo cecilia facing through adhesives. The invention is used for the fireproof and thermal-insulation decorative sheet with the giallo cecilia facing.
