Small-gap double-shear-wall deformation joint formwork and construction method thereof
The invention provides a small-gap double-shear-wall deformation joint formwork and a construction method thereof. A perforated component capable of penetrating out of an external formwork is arranged at the outer end of each wall penetrating screw; and a full-length crosspiece penetrates in each perforated component, so that tension of the wall penetrating screws is transmitted to the external formwork through the perforated components and the crosspieces sequentially, and an internal formwork and the external formwork are clamped. Shear walls on two sides of a deformation joint can be constructed synchronously, work efficiency is improved, cost is saved, and construction is quick and convenient. The wall penetrating screws are pulled from the inner sides of the shear walls and fix the formwork on the outer sides of wall bodies, rigidity of the formwork in the deformation joint of the shear walls is improved, and quality problems of formwork swelling and concrete slurry leakage are reduced and avoided. The wall penetrating screws are simple in structure, are easily taken out from the formwork, and are quite convenient to machine and mount. Main components of the small-gap double-shear-wall deformation joint formwork can be transferred when used, materials are saved, and general effects of material saving, quality control, safety construction and manufacturing cost reduction can be achieved.
