The invention discloses an ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete) plate integral constructing device and a method for applying the same. The ALC plate integral constructing device is characterized by comprising an ALC plate transport vehicle, an ALC plate double-sided drilling device and ALC plate lifting in-position fixing components; the ALC plate transport vehicle comprises a U-shaped bracket and universal rollers arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped bracket; the ALC plate double-sided drilling device comprises a base plate, a ground rail, slide seats and double-sided drilling clamping fixtures; each ALC plate lifting in-position fixing component is an L-shaped rod, a nut is arranged at an end of each ALC plate lifting in-position fixing component, and lifting holes are formed in bent positions of the ALC plate lifting in-position fixing components. The ALC plate integral constructing device and the method have the advantages that ALC plates can be prevented from being repeatedly carried in construction sites, the ALC plate perforation precision can be improved owing to mechanical drilling operation, the problem of the requirement on replacing temporary lifting lugs during lifting operation can be solved, and the ALC plate construction efficiency can be improved.
