A plurality of guiding protrusions extending in the longitudinal direction are arranged on each of the upper surface and the lower surface of the guide rib (2) and can be matched with peripheral grooves (920) in an upper supporting idler wheel (921) and peripheral grooves (910) in a lower supporting idler wheel (911) of the cleaning and maintaining device, wherein the upper supporting idler wheel (921) is connected to the upper surface of the guide rib and the lower supporting idler wheel (911) is connected to the lower surface of the guide rib.
