The invention provides a three-dimensional parking garage with a single stand column, belongs to the technical field of three-dimensional parking garages and aims to solve the problem that a plurality of vehicle loading platforms and a plurality of groups of corresponding lifting and driving systems are required to be arranged to implement a parking garage with more than two layers through the existing three-dimensional parking garage. The three-dimensional parking garage with the single stand column comprises a vertically-arranged vertical column, vehicle loading platforms, a parking frame and a rotation mechanism capable of driving the stand column to horizontally rotate; the parking frame is divided into a plurality of parking spaces from the top to the bottom; each parking space on the bottom layer corresponds to one vehicle loading platform; a lifting guide rail is vertically arranged on the stand column; a lifting block capable of lifting up and down along the lifting guide rail is arranged on the lifting guide rail; a lifting system is arranged between the lifting block and the lifting guide rail; the lifting block is connected with each vehicle loading platform through a separable structure. According to the three-dimensional parking garage with the single stand column, each layer of vehicle loading platform can be carried by a common lifting block; when the parking garage is developed in the direction of a three-dimensional parking garage with more layers, the overall structure is simplified; the cost is reduced.
