The invention discloses a novel stay wire coiler. A wire winding head is fixed at the right end of a handle; a wire winding bearing penetrates through bulges on front and rear side walls of the right end of the wire winding head; a wire winding sheet I and a wire winding sheet II are fixed on the bottom of the wire winding head in parallel; a linkage plate with a blocking pin is fixed on the rear side wall of the wire winding head; a wire winding plate adopts an H-shaped wheel structure, a central circular hole of which is used for allowing the blocking pin to pass through; the rear-side plate surface of the wire winding plate is close to the plate surface of the linkage plate; a binding wire fixing hole is formed in the front-side plate surface of the wire winding plate; and hand grips are fixed on positions different from the position of the binding wire fixing hole. The novel stay wire coiler has the characteristics of being convenient in carrying, time-saving and labor-saving in operation, so that the binding efficiency is greatly improved, and the construction time is shortened.
