The invention discloses a lock cylinder with bead and piece combined coded lock balls, which comprises a lock shell, a plug, a cam and a plurality of ball assemblies arranged on the upper side of the lock shell; each ball assembly comprises a ball spring and a flat ball, the upper side of the plug is provided with a plurality of coded slots corresponding to the ball assemblies in position along the axial direction, strip positioning pieces are connected with left and right sides of the plug, the lock shell is provided with positioning slots positioned at left and right sides and adaptive to the strip positioning pieces, the coded lock balls are arranged in the coded slots, each coded lock ball comprises a columnar top bead of which two sides are each provided with a chute, coded pieces are arranged in the chutes, bayonets adaptive to the strip positioning pieces are arranged at the outsides of the coded pieces, and steps matched with teeth of a key are arranged at the lower ends of the inner sides of the coded pieces.
