The invention discloses a novel door and window wheel set which comprises a base, a limiting baffle, drive wheels and a drive shaft. The base and the limiting baffle are of an integrally-formed structure. A wheel seat is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the base. The drive wheels are movably arranged at the bottom of the wheel seat. The two drive wheels are fixedly connected together through a fixed connecting piece. A through hole is reserved in the middle of the fixed connecting piece. A drive device is arranged on the base and located on one side of the limiting baffle. A long hole is reserved in the center of the drive device. The drive shaft sequentially penetrates the through hole in the fixed connecting piece, the base and the wheel seat and is longitudinally inserted in the long hole of the drive device. Assembling complexity is lowered, sealing performance is high, air pressure resistance is high, and the novel door and window wheel set can be used for high-rise buildings and is safe to mount and use.
