Automobile window glass lifting structure
The invention discloses an automobile window glass lifting structure. The automobile window glass lifting structure comprises a lifting arm and a guide rail fixed below window glass. A guide groove is formed in the guide rail in the horizontal direction. A sliding block in sliding fit with the guide groove is assembled at the tail end of the lifting arm in a rotary mode. The sliding block comprises a rotating part matched with the lifting arm in a rotary mode and sliding parts which are evenly distributed around the rotating part with the center of the rotating part as the circle center. The number of the sliding parts is an even number, and all the sliding parts are located on the same plane. Every two opposite sliding parts are in sliding fit with the grooves walls of the two sides of the guide groove respectively. Elastic pieces are arranged between the sliding parts and the rotating part. The two ends, in the elastic force direction, of each elastic piece are fixedly connected with the corresponding sliding part and the rotating part respectively. According to the automobile window glass lifting structure, the sliding parts can better slide in the guide groove by applying elastic force to the sliding parts, the phenomenon that a gap is too large or the friction resistance is too large is avoided so that the window glass can be stable in the lifting process, shaking and jamming are avoided, damage to a lifting motor is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.

According to the automobile window glass lifting structure, the sliding parts can better slide in the guide groove by applying elastic force to the sliding parts, the phenomenon that a gap is too large or the friction resistance is too large is avoided so that the window glass can be stable in the lifting process, shaking and jamming are avoided, damage to a lifting motor is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
