The invention relates to an intelligent window automatic opening method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) a window automatic opening platform based on an indoor/outdoor temperature difference is provided; the opening platform comprises an outdoor temperature sensor, an indoor temperature sensor, window control equipment and a digital signal processor; the outdoor temperature sensor is used for detecting an indoor temperature in a bedroom; the outdoor temperature sensor is used for detecting an outdoor temperature outside the bedroom; the digital signal processor is respectively connected with the outdoor temperature sensor, the indoor temperature sensor and the window control equipment; a temperature difference between the indoor temperature and the outdoor temperature is calculated; and the window control equipment realizes the opening control of a bedroom window based on the temperature different control; and 2) the opening platform is used for opening. The intelligent window automatic opening method can automatically control the openness of the bedroom window according to the bedroom human sweating condition and the indoor/outdoor temperature difference.
