The invention discloses a window body with a fresh air system. The window body comprises a window frame and glass, wherein a ventilator is arranged between the upper part of the glass and the window frame; the upper end part of the ventilator is fixed on the window frame through a frame; the frame is filled with waterproof mortar; the lower surface of the ventilator is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the glass through angle iron; and glass cement is arranged at the connecting part of the lower surface of the ventilator and the inner surface of the glass. Since the ventilator is between the upper end part of the glass and the window frame of the window, fresh outdoor air is purified and then fed into a room and turbid indoor air is discharged out of the room, so that rapid purification of indoor air is realized.
