The rain-proof glass window device comprises a window module and moving equipment, wherein the window module comprises a window frame and a moving window door; the moving window door is arranged in the window frame; touch switches are respectively arranged on inner walls of two sides of the window frame; a battery box, a controller and a WIFI (wireless fidelity) module are arranged at positions of the bottom of the window frame; the battery box is respectively connected with the controller and the touch switches; and the controller is connected with the touch switches, and is connected with the moving equipment through the WiFi module. Through the touch switches, closing conditions of the moving window door and the window frame can be detected; and through the moving equipment, opening conditions of the moving window door can be known; and a window can be conveniently closed in time, burglary is avoided, and rainwater is prevented from entering an indoor environment. The rain-proof glass window device is simple in structure, convenient to implement, low in cost and suitable to be popularized and used.
