Through the touch switches, closing conditions of the moving window door and the window frame can be detected; and through the moving equipment, opening conditions of the moving window door can be known; and a window can be conveniently closed in time, burglary is avoided, and rainwater is prevented from entering an indoor environment. The rain-proof glass window device is simple in structure, convenient to implement, low in cost and suitable to be popularized and used.
