Novel interior door and manufacture process thereof
The invention provides a novel interior door. The novel interior door comprises a door frame, a door core plate and a connection plate. A face plate adheres to the surface of the door frame through glue. An embedding groove concaved inwards is formed in one side of the door frame, one end of the connection plate is embedded into the embedding groove, the other end of the connection plate is connected to the door core plate, and the two sides of the connection part are bonded and fixed through an externally-fastened line. A stair-shaped locating side is arranged at one end of the externally-fastened line and adheres to the corner of the door frame. Wavy reinforcing ribs are arranged on the surface of the externally-fastened line. The novel interior door has the advantages of being simple in structure, unique in modeling, novel in appearance, high in strength and free of nail holes.
