The low-temperature electric heating plate comprises a remote temperature controller, a first base material layer and a second base material layer. The remote temperature controller is remotely connected with a mobile phone or a network terminal through a network. The first base material layer and the second base material layer are oppositely arranged. A heating layer is arranged between the first base material layer and the second base material layer. The heating layer is smaller than the first base material layer and the second base material layer. The distance between any position of the edge of the heating layer and any position of the edge of the first base material layer or the second base material layer is equal to or larger than 8 mm. The remotely and intelligently controlled multifunctional low-temperature electric heating plate is quite safe, and use cost can be reduced.
