Pressure baking oven
The invention relates to a pressure baking oven. The pressure baking oven comprises an oven body, an oven door, a pressure release valve, an oven door locking mechanism and an oven door opening mechanism, wherein the bottom of the oven door is rotationally connected with the oven body so that the oven door is overturned up and down to be opened and closed; a handle is arranged on the outer surface of the top of the oven door; two lock hooks are arranged above the inner surface of the oven door; the two lock hooks are separately arranged in the horizontal direction; the oven door locking mechanism comprises two sets of lock devices for locking the lock hooks; each set of the lock device is used for correspondingly locking one lock hook; the two sets of lock devices are symmetrically arranged on the top surface of the oven body; each set of the lock device comprises a rotary wheel and a locking wheel; the rotary wheels are positioned through positioning shafts; the rotary wheels rotate around the positioning shafts when being subjected to radial force; the rotary wheels are provided with openings engaged with the lock hooks; a resetting device is arranged at the periphery of the rotary wheel on one side of the back surface of each opening. The pressure baking oven is simple and reasonable in structure design; when pressure in the baking oven is not completely released, the oven door is not opened so that the utilization is safe. A transmission structure is simple and the oven door is very convenient to open and close, and the pressure baking oven is durable.
