Active additive for self-healing waterproof polymer cement coating and preparation method for active additive
The invention discloses an active additive for a self-healing waterproof polymer cement coating. The active additive consists of the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 15 parts of ultrafine silicon dioxide, 10 to 15 parts of ultrafine alumina, 30 to 40 parts of calcium sulfate dihydrate, 20 to 25 parts of sodium carbonate, 5 to 8 parts of sodium phosphate, 3 to 6 parts of sulfamate and 1 to 2 parts of polypropylene fibers. The invention further provides a preparation method for the active additive. The preparation method comprises the following steps of uniformly mixing the ultrafine silicon dioxide and the ultrafine alumina; grinding the calcium sulfate dihydrate, the sodium carbonate and the sulfamate respectively, and uniformly mixing the calcium sulfate dihydrate, the sodium carbonate, the sulfamate, the ultrafine silicon dioxide, the ultrafine alumina, the sodium phosphate and the polypropylene fibers to obtain the active additive. According to the active additive and the preparation method, active substances can be reacted with a hydration product of cement to generate insoluble crystals to self-seal cracks, caused by various reasons, of a JS waterproof coating. The active additive is applied to the waterproof polymer cement coating, has an obvious self-healing effect, and is long in setting time and high in self-leveling performance.
