Composite nano oil-resistant high-temperature-resistant calcium silicate board and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of calcium silicate boards, in particular to a composite nano oil-resistant high-temperature-resistant calcium silicate board and a preparation method thereof. The nano anti-aging reinforced calcium silicate board is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of fly ash, 6-7 parts of slaked lime, 6-8 parts of siliceous lime, 45-50 parts of quartz powder, 26-30 parts of cement and 7-8 parts of sanding powder. The composite nano oil-resistant high-temperature-resistant calcium silicate board can completely replace wood fibers and reduce consumption of wood fibers, does not contain asbestos and is harmless to human health, thereby being an environment-friendly product. The added polyurethane elastomer has excellent abrasion resistance and oil resistance, and can organically and integrally combine polar polymers with polypropylene, so that the mechanical property of polypropylene can be improved effectively; the added fluororubber has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, oil resistance and the like and the other added filling materials have other physical properties and processability.
