Heat-insulation biomass tile and production process thereof
The invention relates to a heat-insulation biomass tile. The heat-insulation biomass tile is processed through the following steps that 1, plant straw is smashed into powder through a pulverizer, and plant straw powder is obtained; 2, stone, quartz sand and brick fragments are mixed according to any proportion and smashed, stone powder is obtained, and the heat-insulation biomass tile is obtained through mixing and extrusion forming. The biomass tile is very light, the mass is smaller than that of a color steel plate, and high antifreezing, anti-sunning, cold and hot impact resisting and anti-ageing performance are achieved. Water-based pigments are added into composite tile raw materials, color fading can be prevented in the use process, an enamel layer can be formed on the surfaces of the raw materials through the special raw material ratio and process treatment, and then the corrosion resistant performance and attractiveness of the composite color ceramic glaze tile are further improved.
