The preparation method comprises the following steps: treating CCTO single-phase powder with fused salt NaCl-KCl (the NaCl/KCl mass ratio is 49.3:50.7), and preparing the high-dielectric-constant (epsilon=4000) high-pressure-sensitive-nonlinear-coefficient (alpha=20-45) capacitor-pressure-sensitive dual-function CCTO ceramic. The capacitor-pressure-sensitive dual-function CCTO ceramic is free of Pb, Bi, Cd and other raw materials, and has the advantages of wide raw material sources, low price and environment friendliness. The ceramic material has the characteristics of simple preparation technique, excellent dielectric properties and excellent pressure sensitivity, and has great industrial application value.
