The invention discloses a production process for a corrosion-resistant silicon carbide brick. The production process comprises the following steps: preparing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 to 69 parts of silicon carbide micro powder, 3 to 5 parts of silicon carbide nanometer powder, 5 to 10 parts of graphite powder, 0.9 parts of alpha-Al2O3 nanometer powder of which the mass fraction is 99.9 percent, 0.8 to 1.1 parts of white mica powder, 2.8 parts of hexagonal boron nitride powder and calcite in powder; moulding kneaded paste in a die by casting; demoulding after natural drying; sintering a dried wet green in an electric furnace. The silicon carbide brick produced by the production process disclosed by the invention has good corrosion resistance, is long in service life, low in heat conductivity coefficient and more energy-saving and environmental friendly.
