Reactive intermediate and reactive macromonomer
The invention provides a reactive intermediate. The reactive intermediate can be used for preparation of a reactive macromonomer. A preparation method has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in operation, high yield and the like. The reactive macromonomer can improve the steric hindrance effect among cement particles, can effectively avoid an intercalation function of PEO (polyoxyethylene) side chains and has good clay resistance. A super-high early-strong polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthetized with the reactive macromonomer as a main raw material can promote the hydration function of cement and accelerate strength development of hardened cement and performs a super-high early-strength function; the problem of poor dispersion performance of existing PCEs (polycarboxylate superplasticizers) in the concrete containing clay can be effectively solved, representation and tests show that the super-high early-strong polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthetized with the reactive macromonomer as the main raw material has good dispersion performance for the concrete with or without the clay, and the dispersion performance of the PCEs in the concrete containing the clay is better than that of traditional PCEs.
