The invention relates to well cementation cement paste used for an aquo-complex-containing stratum. When low temperature and low hydration heat well cementing materials are weighed by 100%, the cement paste is prepared from, by mass, 15-65% of low density weight-reduction materials, 0.5-2% of drag-reduction agents, 0.1-0.5% of fluid loss agents, 0.1-3% of retarder, 2-7% of early strength agents and 40-100% of water, wherein the density of the cement paste is 1.3-1.7 g/ cm<3>. Compared with a conventional cement paste system, the hydration heat of the cement paste system is substantially lowered, temperature rise in the hydration process of the cement paste can be small, and the cement paste can be applied to well cementation of the aquo-complex-containing stratum.
