Plastic drainage plate with V-shaped drainage channel
The invention relates to a plastic drainage plate with a V-shaped drainage channel. The plastic drainage plate comprises a plastic core plate and water-permeable non-woven cloth arranged on front side and the back side of the plastic core plate in a scalding mode. The plastic drainage plate is characterized in that the section of the plastic core plate perpendicular to the length direction is in a tooth shape formed by connecting multiple V shapes, and the V-shaped angle ranges from 50 degrees to 60 degrees. The section of the plastic core plate perpendicular to the length direction is made into a combination formed by connecting the V-shaped teeth, so that the water drainage channel with the sections of the front side and the back side of the plastic core plate being in the V shape is formed, and the V-shaped angle ranges from 50 degrees to 60 degrees. Thus, the flow area of the drainage channel is increased more than two times, and manufacturing materials of the plastic core plate is reduced over a half. Meanwhile, the water-permeable non-woven cloth on the front side and the back side is arranged on the V-shaped angle in a scalding mode to achieve the shape stabilizing function. The plastic drainage plate has the advantages of being reasonable in design, simple in die manufacturing, large in flow area and low in material consumption.
