The invention discloses a novel totally-closed negative-pressure-preventing secondary water supplying system with a suppressor. The secondary water supplying system comprises water pumps, a flow stabilizing tank, a pressure meter, the suppressor, an air pressure tank, electromagnetic valves, a matched grid system and a matched water transportation pipe network system, and is characterized in that the water pumps are provided with induction air stopping switching valves, the flow stabilizing tank is provided with an induction type liquid level floating ball and a three-way air exhausting meter valve, the three-way air exhausting meter valve is directly connected with the pressure meter, the pressure meter is provided with a numerical display screen and an alarm device, the suppressor is provided with a pressure transmitter and a liquid level switch, the air pressure tank is provided with a power-connection type digital display pressure meter, and the matched grid system is provided with the three electromagnetic valves. The secondary water supplying system has the characteristics of total closing, negative pressure preventing, induction alarming, automatic air discharging, automatic water-supplementing pressure stabilizing, automatic water changing and dead water preventing; the scheme is suitable for mass use of the secondary water supplying system for production and domestic municipal water supplying to people.
