The invention discloses an initial rainwater discarding device. The initial rainwater discarding device is characterized by comprising a well body as well as a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe and a discarding pipe which are arranged in the horizontal direction of the well body, wherein the discarding pipe is lower than the water outlet pipe, a filtering device is arranged at the water outlet pipe in the well body, and a float bowl limiting valve is arranged at the discarding pipe in the well body; the float bowl limiting valve comprises a mounting plate, a pipe cover, a float bowl and a rod-like connecting part hinged with the mounting plate, the pipe cover and the float bowl are connected with the end parts of the rod-like connecting part and located on two sides of the discarding pipe in an initial state, an initial state adjusting device and a closing limiting device are arranged on two sides of the rod-like connecting part respectively, and the float bowl limiting valve is connected with the well body through the mounting plate. The initial rainwater discarding device is simple in structure, convenient to mount, safe, environment-friendly, energy-saving and durable and can automatically discard early pollutants and filter rainwater collected later, and a power device is not required.
