The incombustible bamboo splint composite paper plate provided by the invention is made of an incombustible bamboo splint and an incombustible paper plate; sodium silicate is adopted as a high-temperature resistant fire retardant, so that the bamboo splint and the paper plate can keep incombustible at thousands DEG C; due to weak basicity, the incombustible bamboo splint composite paper plate is not eaten by insects, and no fungus can grow on the incombustible bamboo splint composite paper plate; a plurality of hollow holes are formed in the paper plate, and the paper plate has heat-preserving and sound-insulating properties; the dried bamboo splint and paper plate can be cured by sodium silicate, the texture of the paper plate is as hard as that of wood, the texture of the bamboo splint is higher than that of wood, and thus the bamboo splint and paper plate are hard and durable; therefore, the service life of the incombustible bamboo splint composite paper plate can exceed a hundred years. In flames, a chemical reaction is triggered between carbon molecules in the bamboo splint and the paper plate as well as silicon molecules in sodium silicate to generate silicon carbide, and silicon carbide is a hard substance capable of resisting high temperature of thousands DEG C, so that when a fire disaster occurs, the incombustible bamboo splint composite paper plate is protected from a great change in rigidity, and can prevent fire from spreading.
