The invention aims to provide a steel-reinforced concrete special-shaped column with an internal CFRP circular tube and a method. The adopted technical solution is as follows: the steel-reinforced concrete special-shaped column comprises steel ribs, steel bars, the CFRP circular tube and concrete, wherein each steel rib is formed by welding steel plates, and the steel ribs are positioned at the limb parts of the special-shaped column; the steel bars comprises stirrups and longitudinal bars; a framework is formed by the stirrups in an encircling manner; the longitudinal bars are arranged at the corners of the cross section of the special-shaped column; the CFRP circular tube is arranged at the center of the crossed parts of the limbs of the special-shaped column; the special-shaped column is filled with concrete.
