The invention discloses a top hinge mounting structure of a refrigerator and a refrigerator with the same. The top hinge mounting structure of the refrigerator which comprises a box body comprising a top plate and side plates assembled together, hinge reinforcing plates arranged on the side plates and positioned below the top plate, and a top hinge arranged on the top plate and the hinge reinforcing plates and positioned above the top plate. The top hinge mounting structure according to embodiments of the invention, the assembly precision of the top hinge can be improved, and the assembly precision of a refrigerator door can be improved.
