The invention discloses a vacuum sound-isolation door frame. According to the scheme, the door frame comprises an upper frame body, a lower frame body, a left frame body and a right frame body which are all in an L shape, the sides, blocking a door plate, of the L-shaped upper frame body, the lower frame body, the left frame body and the right frame body are internally provided with vacuum glass, and a gap is formed between the vacuum glass and the wall faces of the frame bodies. The vacuum sound-isolation door frame aims to solve the problem that an existing sound-isolation door is poor in sound-isolation effect.
