High-strength high-performance manufactured sand concrete with no mineral admixture
The invention discloses high-strength high-performance manufactured sand concrete with no mineral admixture. The concrete comprises parent rock, manufactured sand, cement, a water reducer and water. The compressive strength of the parent rock is higher than 80MPa. The weight content of stone powder in the manufactured sand is 5-10%, and the weight content of mud in the manufactured sand is lower than 0.5%. The usage amount of cement is 490-510kg/m<3>. The concrete has the following mixing ratio parameters: the water-binder ratio is 0.30-0.33, and a sand ratio is 38-41%. The concrete provided by the invention has the following advantages: 1, no mineral admixture is needed, such that materials are saved, and the defect of poor property stability of the mineral admixture is overcome; under the situation with no mineral admixture, concrete mechanical performances such as compressive strength satisfy the requirements of C50 concrete; 2, concrete fluidity and workability are improved through specific parameters; 3, the parent rock is used, such that local materials can be used, and a problem of river sand shortage can be solved; and 4, concrete cracks can be reduced, and concrete durability can be improved.
