An environmental-friendly polymer cement waterproof coating belongs to the technical field of building materials. The costing comprises a liquid material and a powder material, wherein the liquid material is composed of a styrene acrylic emulsion and an auxiliary agent, and the powder material is composed of cement, wollastonite, quartz powder and the like matched with the auxiliary agent. The polymer cement waterproof coating disclosed by the present invention uses a method of pre-dispersing part of inert powder material in the liquid material, the producing cost is low, and the formula is free from adding a plasticizer, and the environmental protection property is excellent. The liquid material and the powder material are used in combination, so that the coating has a good waterproof property, weathering resistance and durability, and has an excellent adhesive force with outerlayer cement mortar and various bonding materials. According to the present invention, the waterproof coating is good in retractility, and high in following ability for microcracks on a coating.
