High-strength and high-toughness wear-proof castable
The invention discloses a high-strength and high-toughness wear-proof castable containing 10-40% of sintered alumina aggregates with the particle size of 8-3mm, 5-25% of sintered alumina particles with the particle sizes of 3-0.1mm, 3-10% of andalusite particles with the particle sizes of 1-0.1mm, 5-15% of fused white corundum with the particle size of 0-0.044mm, 8-25% of composite ceramic nanopowder with the particle size of smaller than 2mu m, 3-10% of aluminate cement, 2-7% of a composite antiknock agent, 0.25% of a composite water-reducing agent and 4-6% of industrial softened water. The high-strength and high-toughness wear-proof castable is an inorganic nonmetal composite prepared from high-purity alumina, a nano wear-resistant agent, a high-modulus reinforcing phase and an additional composite binding agent, has ultrahigh wear resistance, scouring resistance, acid resistance, alkaline resistance, sulfur resistance, two-body and three-body abrasive wear resistance and fatigue wear resistance and has favorable gas erosion resistance. Meanwhile, a matrix is made of ultra-hard high-purity raw materials with relatively good acidity and alkalinity resistance, so that the high-strength and high-toughness wear-proof castable can work under a harsh working condition and an alkaline environment for a long term.
