Negative ion humidification porous ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a negative ion humidification porous ceramic and a preparation method thereof. Tourmaline and diatomite as main raw materials and a pore-forming agent and a binder as auxiliary raw materials are subjected to mixing, grinding, molding, drying, calcining and other processes, and finally the porous ceramic having a good negative ion emission function is obtained, can be applied in a humidifier outlet end and generates wet air rich in negative ions. The porous ceramic comprises the ceramic raw material components by the mass percentage: 10%-50% of a tourmaline powder, 10%-50% of diatomite, 5%-20% of a pore-forming agent, and 25%-50% of a binder. The preparation process of the negative ion humidification porous ceramic is simple, low in cost and convenient to use; and the prepared ceramic has high porosity and large negative ion emission amount, and can play a role in neutralizing positive ions, prompting settlement of fog and haze, and adsorbing and decomposing harmful gases by an initiative purification way while providing water steam for humidification.
