Hydrophobic self-cleaning mirror ceramic glaze and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses hydrophobic self-cleaning mirror ceramic glaze and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of ceramic glaze for ceramic sanitary wares. The ceramic glaze is composed of pre-firing glaze and after-firing glaze, wherein raw materials used for preparing the pre-firing glaze include 25-34 parts of glaze quartz, 25-40 parts of glaze feldspar, 3-4 parts of Suzhou clay, 4-5 parts of white dunn bass, 3-4 parts of calcinated zinc oxide, 2-5 parts of industrial titanium oxide, 5-7 parts of calcinated talc, 1-5 parts of porcelain powder, 20-25 parts of limestone and 1-5 parts of lithium chinastone; in the preparation process, all the raw materials are added into a ball mill, and absolute ethyl alcohol is added for grinding; raw materials used for preparing the after-firing glaze include 10-20 parts of sodium chloride, 20-30 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol and 50-70 parts of siloxane materials. The obtained ceramic glaze is excellent in hydrophobic performance and good in self-cleaning effect after being used, and has the mirror effect; moreover, after the ceramic glaze is used for a long term, the hydrophobic, self-cleaning and mirror effects will not get worse obviously.
