The invention discloses a vortex vibration suppression structure for a streamline box girder with a concentrated drainage pipe. The vortex vibration suppression structure is used for suppressing the vortex-induced vibrations of a large-span bridge streamline box girder with the concentrated drainage pipe; the vortex vibration suppression structure is characterized in that a cross section of the concentrated drainage pips is flat and a width-to-thickness ratio B/H of the concentrated drainage pipe is kept not less than 5; a gap D between a pipeline and an inclined web of a main girder is not less than 10cm; a thickness H is not higher than 20cm; the concentrated drainage pipeline needs to be disposed on the inclined web near the top. By means of the pneumatic layout of the vortex vibration suppression structure, the defects of airflow separation and vortex formation due to that a large-size circular drainage pipeline is suspended to the bottom of the main girder are effectively overcome; the amplitude of the vortex vibrations of the streamline main box girder is reduced and even inhibited; the comfort of use is improved; and the structural safety of the bridge is guaranteed.
