The invention provides a clean and environment-friendly rotating type electric ground washing vehicle which is used for flushing the ground and is good in cleaning effect since being equipped with a gasoline engine and a hand-held spray gun, and the capacity of a water tank is large. The rotating type electric ground washing vehicle comprises a vehicle head, a chassis, a battery, the water tank and the gasoline engine, wherein the vehicle head is arranged on the chassis; the battery is arranged on the bottom surface of the chassis; the water tank is arranged above the chassis; and the gasoline engine is arranged above the chassis and positioned behind the water tank. The rotating type electric ground washing vehicle further comprises a front nozzle system arranged at the front end of the vehicle head, wherein the front nozzle system comprises a left front nozzle, a right front nozzle, a connecting shaft and a pair of fixed frames; the left front nozzle comprises a left rotating tube, a left fixed shaft, a pair of left sealing rings and a plurality of left nozzle groups; and the right front nozzle comprises a right rotating tube, a right fixed shaft, a pair of right sealing rings and a plurality of right nozzle groups. The rotating type electric ground washing vehicle provided by the invention is good in washing effect, clean and environment-friendly and can be equipped with the large-capacity water tank.
