The invention relates to the field of industrial and civil construction, in particular to a connecting structure of a precast concrete beam and a cast-in-place column and a construction technology of the connecting structure. According to the connecting structure of the precast concrete beam and the cast-in-place column, a concrete column is precast, meanwhile, a plugging groove is reserved in the top face of the concrete column, a joint connecting piece is arranged in the plugging groove, and a superposed beam integrated with the joint connecting piece is further arranged on the top face of the concrete column. The construction process of combining field precasting and construction site casting in place of building components is adopted, the superposed beam is precast through the field site and can be produced in a batched mode, and the concrete column is cast in place through a formwork. Compared with a traditional construction technology, the construction duration is shortened by a half, meanwhile, the engineering quality is improved, safe management is greatly improved, and comprehensive benefits are extremely remarkable.
