Regenerated high-strength flame-retardant wall insulation material
The invention discloses a regenerated high-strength flame-retardant wall insulation material, which is a multilayer integrated structure, made from fiberglass-reinforced regenerated polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) by injection molding. The material is a three-layer high-performance structure composed of a face plate, an insulation grid and a bottom plate from outside to inside and may also be a double-layer economical structure composed solely of a face plate and an insulation grid. The material as an exterior wall insulation material features light weight, high strength, construction convenience and no pollution, excellent fireproof and flame-retarding performances are imparted, and the defects that an existing polyurethane foam plate is intrinsically not flame retardant and a phenolic resin plate has poor strength and firmness and causes great pollution during construction are overcome; the material made from regenerated PPS is more energy efficient, more environment friendly and low in price.
