Insect-resistant, termite-resistant, thermal-insulation, sound-insulation, high-temperature-resistant and non-combustible plywood and shell board combination
The invention relates to a non-combustible plywood and shell board combination which consists of non-combustible plywoods and non-combustible shell boards. Existing plywoods are combusted easily, and a plywood and shell board combination does not exist in markets. Water glass is a high-temperature-resistant flame retardant, so that the plywoods and the shell boards do not combust even at the temperature of 1,000 DEG C; the water glass is alkalescent, so that termites and insects do not eat the non-combustible plywood and shell board combination, and fungi do not grow; the shell boards have a plurality of hollow holes and have excellent thermal insulation performance and sound insulation performance; by the water glass, the dried plywoods and dried shell boards are hardened, the shell boards are strong like wood, and the plywoods are stronger than woods, and are hard and durable; and therefore, the service life of the non-combustible plywood and shell board combination is longer than hundreds of years. Carbon molecules of the plywoods and the shell boards chemically react with silicon molecules of the water glass in flame to generate silicon carbide. The silicon carbide is a hard substance capable of resisting the temperature of thousands of DEG C, therefore, when a fire hazard occurs, the rigidity of the non-combustible plywood and shell board combination is seldom changed, and spreading of the fire hazard can be prevented. To sum up, the non-combustible plywood and shell board combination is an optimal building material for constructing factory buildings and simple houses.
