The invention discloses a railing with a solar heat collector and an installing method of the railing. The railing comprises an armrest, a heat collector casing and a solar heat collector assembly, wherein the armrest comprises an armrest seat and an armrest cover; a communicated accommodating groove is formed in the armrest seat; the top surface of the accommodating groove is open; the bottom surface of the accommodating groove is provided with a through hole; the armrest cover is detachably arranged on the top surface of the accommodating groove; the heat collector casing is arranged under the armrest; the solar heat collector assembly is arranged in the heat collector casing; and an input pipe and an output pipe of the solar heat collector assembly pass through the through hole to be arranged in the accommodating groove. The solar heat collector is used as a railing board under the railing; a conventional railing board of the railing is replaced; the investment cost of a railing facility is reduced; the problem of placing position of the solar heat collector is solved; the installation is convenient; the structure is simple; and the universality is good.
