An intelligent temperature control system for steel pipe concrete arch ribs comprises a main water inlet pipe, a main water return pipe, a plurality of branch water pipes, two sets of cooling water circulating water tanks, a plurality of temperature control valves, a plurality of temperature sensors, a digital temperature recorder and a computer, wherein the main water inlet pipe and the main water return pipe are disposed on the outer or inner surfaces of the arch ribs along the extension direction of the arch ribs, and two ends of the main water inlet pipe and the main water return pipe are respectively connected with the cooling water circulating water tanks; the branch water pipes wind the outer or inner surfaces of the arch ribs at intervals, one ends of the branch water pipes are directly connected with the main water pipe or the main water return pipe, and the other ends of the branch water pipes are connected with the main water pipe or the main water return pipe through the temperature control valves; the temperature sensors are mounted on the outer or inner surfaces of the arch ribs corresponding to the branch water pipes and connected with the digital temperature recorder; the computer is connected with the digital temperature recorder and the temperature control valves. The intelligent temperature control system has the advantages that precise control is performed through the computer, arch rib local temperature during pouring and overall arch rib temperature after pouring can be timely and effectively controlled, and arch rib temperature deformation and temperature secondary internal force caused by concrete hydration heat are reduced.
