Position deviation correcting method for embedded I-beam
The invention provides a position deviation correcting method of an embedded I-beam. A steel plate is welded on the upper surface of the embedded I-beam; an installing screw nut is welded on the steel plate; a space between the welded steel plate and the ground near the I-beam is filled with glue for bonding and solidification; the position of the steel plate is consistent with the position of an installation positioning point under the condition that the equipment is correctly embedded with the I-beam; and the relationship between the thickness of the steel plate and the single-point load bearing capacity is selected to be not smaller than 10mm/10t. The method has the advantages that an ordinary measure is avoided; a new unique measure is developed; a conventional concept that repairing adhesives can only be used for repairing concrete cracks is changed; on the basis of studying the comprehensive performance of the concrete, steel structures and the repairing adhesives, a gap between the concrete ground and metal is tried to be repaired on the plane; the repairing adhesives bond and solidify the concrete and the steel plate into a whole within 24 hours; the time is short; high reliability is realized; the technique blank of position deviation correction of an embedded element is filled; the time is won for the production; the project loss is reduced to the minimum; and good technical economical efficiency is realized.
